Station 49 is a family entertainment center in Birch Bay, WA that has been open since 1955. We offer go kart racing, championship 18-hole mini golf, a miniature train ride through 10 acres of forest, an indoor arcade, and the Saloon & Smokehouse with BBQ, a full bar, and live entertainment.

There is no park admission fee. You pay only for the attractions you want to use. Single go karts are $13, double go karts are $16, mini golf is $16 ($12 for kids under 54"), and the train ride is $10. We also offer point packages that save up to 20%, and unlimited fun passes starting at $40 for 3 hours.

Yes. Station 49 is designed for all ages. Kids can ride go karts (passengers as young as 3 in double karts), play mini golf, ride the miniature train, and play in the arcade. The train ride through the forest features dozens of hand-carved wooden sculptures that kids love spotting along the route.

We are open seasonally from mid-May through October. Sunday–Thursday 11am–7pm, Friday–Saturday 11am–8pm. The miniature train departs every hour. We may close during heavy rain — call (360) 371-7700 to confirm on questionable weather days.

About 10 minutes. We're located just south of the Peace Arch and Pacific Highway border crossings. From Vancouver, BC, the total drive is approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour depending on border wait times.

No. Due to Washington State liquor laws and our liquor license, outside food and beverages are not permitted in the park. We offer free ice water at all times, and the Smokehouse has a full menu with BBQ, snacks, soft drinks, and a full bar. The one exception is birthday cakes — we allow guests to bring their own cake for birthday party celebrations.

No. Points never expire and can be shared with anyone in your group. Buy a point package once and use it all season — or even across multiple seasons.

Yes. We've worked to make our 10-acre facility as accessible as possible, though please be aware that the park was built between 1955 and the early 1990s. Some areas have gravel walkways and the mini golf course includes stairs. We continue to improve accessibility throughout the property.

Yes. We have plenty of free on-site parking. During special events, overflow parking is available next door courtesy of the American Legion.

Yes. Dogs are welcome in the park but are not permitted on the go karts, mini golf course, or train ride. Dogs must be well-behaved and on a leash, and owners are expected to clean up after their pets. Dogs are permitted provided they are non-aggressive, people-friendly, and kept under control at all times. By bringing a dog onto the premises, the owner agrees to accept full responsibility and liability for any injury, damage, or incident involving their pet.

If it begins raining while we're open, we stay open for guests already in the park. However, we may delay opening or close early if it is actively raining and the park is empty. We recommend calling (360) 371-7700 on questionable weather days before making the drive.

No. No reservations are needed — just show up. All attractions are first come, first served.

Shoes and shirts are required throughout the park. Closed-toe shoes are not required for any attraction. Come comfortable and ready to have fun.

It depends on what you're looking to do. Some guests spend 30 minutes enjoying a single attraction, while others make a full day of it with go karts, mini golf, the train ride, arcade, food and drinks at the Smokehouse, and live entertainment in the afternoon.
