Smash Burger — 2 patties with fresh lettuce, onions, pickles, and burger sauce on a toasted bun. Includes one side. Veggie patty available. $18
Pulled Pork Sandwich — BBQ pulled pork with coleslaw on a toasted bun, topped with an onion ring. Includes one side. $18
Cowboy Hot Dog — Famous Canadian jumbo hot dog with BBQ pulled pork and coleslaw on a toasted bun. Includes one side. $18
Grilled Chicken Burger — Served with lettuce, pickles, and BBQ ranch sauce on a toasted bun. Includes one side. $18
Poutine Fries — Golden fries topped with cheese curds and smothered in rich brown gravy. Add pulled pork or grilled chicken for $6. $12
Pulled Pork Sundae — BBQ pulled pork and coleslaw with a large pickle spear. $15

The Smokehouse sits right next to the stage and dancefloor at Station 49 in Birch Bay, WA. Towering old-growth trees surround the outdoor dining area, and when the sun goes down, the fire pits light up the space. Grab a table, order food and drinks, and enjoy free live music on weekends under the trees. It's more than a meal — it's a night out.
